The service

SiteVitals provides automated website scanning, audit reports and ongoing monitoring. Reports are diagnostic: they describe what our scanner found and suggest fixes.

What we don't promise

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or revenue, and our reports are not a certification of legal or accessibility compliance. Scanning is automated and may miss issues or measure differently from other tools.

Sites you submit

Only submit websites you own, manage, or are authorized to have scanned. Our scans are read-only and rate-limited to a single visitor's load.

Billing

• The Full Audit is a one-time purchase.
• Monitoring and agency plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. There is no lock-in; cancelling stops the next renewal.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

White-label use (agency plans)

Agencies may present reports to their own clients under their own brand. You are responsible for your relationship with, and pricing to, your clients.

Acceptable use

Don't use SiteVitals to attack, overload or probe sites you're not authorized to test, or to resell raw access to the scanner outside your plan.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
