If your first SiteVitals report isn't useful to you, email support@sitevitalsresults.com from the address you ordered with and we'll refund it. No questions asked. [Refund request window, e.g. within N days]

Monitoring and agency plans

Plans are billed monthly or annually with no lock-in. You can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. [Policy for partial months / unused annual time]

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
